Another Typhoon with level 13 gales named Matmo is gathering steam on the waters of the northwestern Pacific Ocean. Matmo is moving northwest toward China's Taiwan at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour, and is expected to make landfall on the eastern coast of the island on Tuesday night.
