Ongoing downpours brought by Typhoon Rammasun have caused several mudslides and torrential flooding in China's southwestern Yunnan Province. So far, 13 people have been killed and 9 remain missing in southern Yunnan's Dai-Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture of Dehong.
